About the Job

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide delegated nursing care and individualised case management under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring precise documentation of all client-related interactions. You will deliver holistic care that aligns with Consumer Directed Care principles, and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Promotes and delivers holistic care focusing on client needs and rights through assessment, prevention, early detection, referral, and health promotion activities.
  • ● Delivers nursing care in adherence with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
  • ● Provides delegated nursing care and individualised case management for residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements

Education

  • ● Diploma of Nursing (required)

Experience

  • ● Experience in aged care (highly desirable)

Skills

  • ● Strong knowledge of Quality Care Service Management, Clinical Practices and Standards, Legal & Regulatory Compliance and Patient Case Management skills.
  • ● Excellent communication, adaptive thinking, planning and prioritisation, and cross-functional team working skills.
  • ● Prior to commencement, complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain).
