About the Job

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Providing and monitoring the care of residents.
  • ● Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making.
  • ● Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
  • ● Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes.
  • ● Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team.

Requirements

Certifications

  • ● At least 1 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge).
  • ● Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.).

Skills

  • ● Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
  • ● NDIS Workers Screen and/or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement.
  • ● Own transport.
  • ● Willingness to work across multiple shift variants across morning and afternoon, with some night duty on occasion.
  • ● Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff.
  • ● Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth.
