About the Role

As a valued member of our community aged care team, you'll provide personal care and support that helps older Australians live independently in their own homes. You'll be backed by a passionate, experienced team who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care - and who will support you every step of the way. Our Home Care Workers support our clients with personalised services and meaningful activities that promote their health, happiness, independence, and individual lifestyle choices.

Responsibilities

  • ● Personal care assistance, such as showering and personal hygiene needs, is provided to clients.
  • ● Assistance to continue to live well and positively, including transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation, is provided to clients.
  • ● Social connection and companionship is provided to clients.

Requirements

  • ● Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification is required.
  • ● Australian Driver licence and own vehicle are required.
  • ● Current First Aid & CPR certification is required.
  • ● Valid working rights in Australia, such as a Passport or Birth Certificate, are required.
  • ● Police Check, valid within the last 3 years, is required.
  • ● Experience in a care role is highly regarded.
