Responsibilities
- ● Bolton Clarke Group one of Australia's largest independent, not-for-profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care, operating nationally and internationally. Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.
- ● As a Personal Care Worker you'll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.
- ● The key focus of the role will be to:
- ● To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- ● Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- ● Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- ● Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.
- ● To be successful, you will have :
- ● Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent)
- ● Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- ● Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
- ● About this location: Located in Heathfield in the centre of the picturesque Adelaide Hills, Hillside Aged Care is nestled amongst the tall trees and natural bushland providing peace, tranquillity, only 15km from the City of Adelaide.
