Treasury Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Executive to join our regional finance team, treasury department based in Malaysia. Reporting to the Regional Treasury Manager, this key individual will be responsible for overall treasury and payment operations by delivering quality services to NS BlueScope. They will ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines and local country's banking and exchange control regulations in day-to-day conduct of cash management activities. Act as a subject matter expert for Treasury and Payment process. Main responsibilities will include: Cash Management Manage the daily liquidity of the companies by ensuring efficient use of cash flow and adequate funds for working capital requirement. Prepare monthly cash forecast. Arrange funds transfer, borrowing and placement. Banking Account Management Coordinate and administer with business entities and banks on bank related matters such as opening and closing of bank accounts, Know Your Customer (KYC), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and other banking related matters. Funding Management Manage cash borrowing needs across multiple lending facilities. Identifies banking products that offer competitive pricing and recommends for working capital funding Assist in application, renewal and cancellation of Bank Guarantee. Manage trade facilities such as letter of credit, banker acceptance, trade loan, bank guarantee including submission of applications,
