About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
• ● Guide & govern implementation BSL HSE policy, management system, code of practice, audit system
• ● Guide & govern Government Regulatory requirements.
• ● Assist development HSE plan with site management & monitor performance
• ● Provide report to HSE Manager, Site Management, Country Management, Regional Office, Head Office, Government
• ● Provide HSE data analysis & advice to site committee
• ● Assist development HSE improvement at plant & department level
• ● Liaise with external organisations on HSE matter
• ● Maintain cost effectiveness HSE budget
• ● Maintain Risk Control (BSL CoP, Critical Procedures, Eliminate / Reduce High / Critical Risk)

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's degree of HSE / Engineering Major
• ● Min experience 5 years HSE Operational & management system in heavy manufacturing industry
• ● Excellent understanding HSE Management System (SMK3) and ISO-14001
• ● Government or international HSE Certified (AK3U)
• ● Internal Auditor Certified (ISO 14001 & SMK3)
• ● Good English, computer skill, reporting skill
• ● Good delivery training skill & conduct independent incident investigation & audit
• ● Ability to work under less supervision & control various work scope
• ● Ability to deal with a diverse range of stakeholders
• ● Operation / manufacturing / environment process experience is good advantage
