Responsibilities

  • ● AVIAREPS has over 30 years experience providing professional passenger GSA services and tourism marketing to clients around the globe. As the world's leading GSA and Tourism representation organization with more than 75 offices in over 70 countries, AVIAREPS represents airlines as well as destinations, hotels, attractions, airports, cars, trains, cruise lines, retailers and import/export organizations, and offers a full suite of B2B and B2C services which includes sales & reservations, marketing, digital, and PR programs.

  • ● Du erhältst Einblicke in die PR- und Marketingaufgaben einer führenden touristischen Repräsentanz und unterstützt uns bei diesen
  • ● Du arbeitest an der Konzeption, Koordination und Durchführung von Marketing- und Kommunikationsprojekten mit
  • ● Du unterstützt unser Team tatkräftig im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich Teilprojekte
  • ● Du erstellst Reportings und übernimmst das Datenbankmanagement
  • ● Du wirkst an der Erstellung von Werbe- und Pressetexten sowie von Social-Media-Content mit
  • ● Du recherchierst Mediadaten, Themenpläne und Marktentwicklungen
  • ● Du entlastest unser Team, indem Du allgemeine administrative Aufgaben übernimmst
  • ● Was Du mitbringst
  • ● Du bist in einen Studiengang der Fachrichtung Tourismus, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing oder vergleichbar immatrikuliert
  • ● Du bringst großes Interesse am Tourismus und an Destinationen mit; erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Tourismus, Journalismus oder in einer Marketing-/PR-Agentur sind von Vorteil
  • ● Du zeichnest Dich durch Dein großes Organisationstalent und Deine Kreativität aus
  • ● Du handelst gerne eigeninitiativ sowie verantwortungsbewusst und erledigst Deine Aufgaben sehr sorgfältig und zuverlässig
