About the Role

Responsibilities

• ● Manage user access provisioning, modifications, role assignments, and access removals across Oracle Fusion, Tax, EPCM, and related enterprise systems.
• ● Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes and periodic access reviews.
• ● Perform controls testing and maintain audit evidence to support SOX, PCAOB, and internal compliance requirements.
• ● Review and validate access and configuration changes to ensure appropriate approvals, documentation, and governance standards are met.
• ● Maintain accurate audit trails for access and configuration activities to support internal and external audits.
• ● Monitor and support remediation of access-related incidents, audit findings, and control deficiencies.
• ● Coordinate with global business and technical teams to ensure consistent application of access and configuration governance processes.
• ● Perform post-implementation validation of security and configuration changes.
• ● Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced compliance reporting. Automate periodic activities.
• ● Escalate security, compliance, or governance risks as required.

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• ● + years of experience in access and system governance.
• ● Understanding of SOX, ITGC controls, and audit processes.
• ● Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access governance.
• ● Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and analytical skills.
• ● Desired skills
• ● Familiarity with GRC and access governance tools.
• ● Exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
• ● Understanding of automation technologies such as Power Automate, Power BI, or workflow automation solutions.
• ● Knowledge of configuration governance and change management processes across multiple environments.

• ● We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office, with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection.
