Responsibilities

  • ● Support the administration of global mobility programs, including relocations, international transfers, and assignments.
  • ● Coordinate immigration and relocation services with external vendors and service providers.
  • ● Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and stakeholders regarding mobility program processes and requirements.
  • ● Track mobility cases and monitor key milestones to ensure timely completion of activities.
  • ● Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to facilitate employee mobility needs.
  • ● Maintain accurate mobility records, documentation, and data within applicable systems.
  • ● Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on immigration, relocation, and mobility-related matters.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • ● years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Relocation, or a related field.
  • ● Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • ● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • ● Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
  • ● Desired Experience
  • ● Understanding of global mobility principles, including UK immigration requirements.
  • ● Knowledge of global immigration processes across the Americas and APAC regions is a plus.
