As a Senior Structural Transmission Line Engineer in our Transmission Line Engineering team based in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington or Christchurch, you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

Requirements

  • ● A relevant structural engineering qualification and demonstrated experience in transmission structure design
  • ● Hands-on professional experience using PLS-TOWER and PLS-POLE
  • ● Experience designing transmission towers, poles or associated overhead line structures
  • ● Evidence of personally completing structural designs, calculations, drawings and technical reports
  • ● Strong technical capability developed through relevant industry experience and continued hands-on design involvement
  • ● The ability to contribute as a practising designer rather than solely in a management or coordination capacity
  • ● Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
