Responsibilities

  • ● You will take responsibility for projects from initial design, through to construction and final review.
  • ● You will work in collaboration with other design disciplines, locally and regionally to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
  • ● You will manage projects or project components, budgets, schedules, quality assurance and client feedback and ensure effective communication of any changes or modifications.
  • ● You will assist in workload management and resource forecasting and be involved in preparation of proposal documentation.
  • ● You will review and ensure compliance, including drawings, reports, specifications, survey, access, and preparation of appraisals.
  • ● You will build and maintain effective relationships with clients, recognize and develop potential business opportunities.

Requirements

  • ● You will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5-8 years' relevant experience in Buildings Mechanical Design and commissioning of M&E systems in modern commercial and industrial buildings.
  • ● You will have strong project management skills with ability to lead project team members on technical delivery.
  • ● You will have excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • ● You will have sufficient experience to demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards, and practices.
  • ● You will have an organised approach and ability to accept increased responsibility and produce accurate and detailed work.
  • ● You will have a high level of computer literacy and exposure to BIM / Revit will be highly desired, with advanced problem-solving skills through investigation and analysis.
