Responsibilities

  • ponsible for delivering the planning, analysis, design, and construction support of bridge and civil structures projects. You will provide technical expertise across all phases of project delivery, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop safe, practical, sustainable, and innovative engineering solutions. You will also mentor developing engineers, support client relationships, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
  • Deliver technical design and analysis for bridge and structural engineering projects, ensuring safe, compliant, innovative, and practical engineering outcomes.
  • Deliver bridge and multidisciplinary projects by managing assigned work packages to meet programme, budget, quality, and client expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and project stakeholders, providing trusted technical advice and supporting proposal and tender preparation.
  • Mentor graduate and developing engineers, sharing technical knowledge and contributing to team capability and collaboration.
  • Contribute to project governance by managing technical quality, identifying and mitigating project risks, and supporting commercial performance.
  • Apply Safe by Design, sustainability, resilience, and digital engineering principles throughout project delivery. What you'll bring
  • Relevant Civil or Structural Engineering qualifications with significant experience in bridge design and structural engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian bridge design standards, Austroads guidelines, and road authority requirements.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or expected to achieve Chartered status in the near future .
  • Demonstrated experience delivering bridge and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical capability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
