Responsibilities

  • ● As a Senior Engineer in our Bridges and Civil Structures team based in Brisbane, you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
  • ● Engineering design and assessment of bridges and civil structures
  • ● Advise clients on complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
  • ● Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges
  • ● Deliver high-quality advice that informs decisions
  • ● Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
  • ● Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance

Requirements

  • ● Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in bridge design and assessment. CPEng and RPEQ is a pre-requisite for this role
  • ● Advanced skills in structural bridge engineering including the use of structural engineering software packages Midas Civil, Space Gass and Autodesk Structural Bridge Design
  • ● A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
  • ● Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • ● The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
  • ● The ability and willingness to guide and upskill junior engineers
