Responsibilities

  • ● As a Lead Surveyor in our Geospatial team based in our Brisbane Office, you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
  • ● Advise clients on survey and spatial requirements for complex engineering projects from concept to delivery
  • ● Work with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges and manage risks for design on water, transport, defence, energy, environment and industrial projects.
  • ● Deliver high-quality advice and data that informs decisions
  • ● Contribute to resilient and innovative engineering solutions
  • ● Apply advanced analytics and optimisation to enhance performance including experience with large datasets
  • ● Have the ability to lead, mobilise and manage a team of surveyors

Requirements

  • ● Relevant engineering qualifications and experience in survey.
  • ● Surveyors Board of Queensland Registration would be highly valued along with a Cadastral Endorsement or desire to obtain this.
  • ● A track record of delivering practical, impactful outcomes
  • ● Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • ● The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
  • ● Ability to travel from time to time to support projects mostly in Queensland.
