Responsibilities
- ● Familiarity with sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, water efficiency, commissioning, and construction documentation.
- ● Understanding of design and construction project workflows.
- ● Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and consultant deliverables.
- ● Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- ● Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and certification reviewers.
- ● Ability to identify issues, ask the right technical questions, and coordinate resolution with subject matter experts.
- ● Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
- ● Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
