With an exciting pipeline of projects ahead, you'll strengthen local connections, anticipate hiring needs and develop talent pipelines to support Aurecon's growth.

Requirements

  • ● Substantial experience across both in-house and agency recruitment environments.
  • ● Strong knowledge of the talent market in South Australia, ideally with established local networks.
  • ● Demonstrated success recruiting mid to senior professionals across engineering, infrastructure, technical or advisory environments.
  • ● Confidence partnering with managers and senior leaders, with strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • ● A proactive, solutions-focused and commercially minded approach, with the agility to anticipate needs, pivot quickly and manage competing priorities.
  • ● Confidence using ATS platforms, data, AI-enabled tools and process improvements to deliver smarter recruitment outcomes; Workday experience is preferred.
