About the Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, testing, and evolving patient-facing applications within the UTS platform. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on React or React Native and TypeScript, alongside development in Node.js for backend-for-frontend and configuration services. You will work across web and mobile experiences and contribute to software that operates as part of a larger, highly integrated clinical trial ecosystem. Beyond writing code, you will be expected to take ownership of technical problems, contribute to engineering decisions, collaborate closely with product and design partners, and mentor other engineers. You should be comfortable receiving feedback, learning from mistakes, and continuously improving both your own work and the way the team develops software. We are also building an AI-driven engineering culture . We expect our engineers to actively incorporate modern AI development tools into their workflows and identify opportunities to improve engineering speed, quality, testing, and problem-solving through AI.
