Requirements

• ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• ● + years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, project management, or a related field, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• ● Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and working effectively with senior leadership.
• ● Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate complex problems and propose effective, well-structured solutions.
• ● Professional polish and refined taste in business presentations - the ability to produce executive- and customer-ready materials is a critical success factor for this role.
• ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• ● High level of cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse, global environment.
• ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving industry.
• ● Willingness to travel as required.
• ● An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
• ● Hands-on experience building AI agents or automations (e.g., with Claude or similar tools).
• ● Management consulting background and experience working directly with executive or leadership teams.
• ● Data analytics or business intelligence experience (e.g., Power BI or a comparable platform).
