Responsibilities

• ● Break complex, cross-team initiatives down into a technically coherent plan of work - understanding the architecture, services, integrations, and data flows well enough to sequence delivery correctly.
• ● Own the identification, mapping, and active management of dependencies across engineering teams, platforms, and external partners - driving them to resolution rather than logging them.
• ● Engage directly in architecture, design, and technical planning discussions: follow the detail, ask informed questions, and pressure-test engineering estimates, sequencing, and trade-offs.
• ● Anticipate integration, environment, and release risks before they surface, and coordinate the technical work needed to de-risk them.
• ● Translate fluently between engineering realities and product/business outcomes so leadership can make informed decisions with a true picture of technical feasibility and risk.
• ● Own the delivery of Evinova's most complex multi-functional initiatives, from framing through execution to value realization.
• ● Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early - and drive them to resolution, not just track them.
• ● Lead initiative governance: define the right cadences, the right metrics, and the right customers in the room.
• ● Maintain integrated delivery plans that reflect reality, not just aspiration.

Requirements

• ● Understand how software is architected, built, and integrated - well enough to break down technical work, sequence it, and manage the technical dependencies between teams yourself, not just relay them.
• ● Be technically fluent to sit in an architecture or design review and follow it, understand the systems, services, APIs, and data flows behind products, and reason about the technical dependencies and trade-offs that determine whether a plan will hold.
