Are you ready to blend MES expertise with AI and automation to keep life-changing medicines moving through our global supply network In this role, you will help power next-generation Manufacturing Execution Systems that protect production quality, throughput, and uptime. Reporting to a DevOps/Scrum Lead and working with a distributed team of technology professionals, you will use modern observability, CI/CD, and data-driven insights to prevent issues before they impact the shop floor. Here, your work directly supports the resilience of our manufacturing operations and the patients who depend on them. You will help evolve PAS X and related applications through cloud enablement, advanced monitoring, and continuous improvement. How would you apply advanced observability tools to spot anomalies early and shorten time to recovery across multiple plants Accountabilities: Ensure optimal performance and stability of multiple manufacturing systems through monitoring and predictive analytics. Detect and resolve issues in PASX environments early using Grafana, Atternity, Nagios, and AWS CloudWatch. Advanced Support and Automation: Drive automation for PASX deployments and maintenance; implement CI/CD practices that accelerate releases, reduce errors, and improve reliability in regulated environments. PASX Core3 Migration and Cloud Enablement: Contribute to the transition of PASX Core3 systems and cloud-based efforts aimed at boosting scalability, resilience, and delivery effici

Requirements

● At least three years' prior experience in application support and maintenance (L2/L3 support).
● A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience managing and supporting a Manufacturing Execution System, Werum PAS-X would be an advantage.
● Monitoring & Anomaly Detection for production control platforms and manufacturing systems.
● DevOps Tools like Cloud & Containerization: Kubernetes, Docker, Version Control: GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps (or similar) for efficient build, rollout, and release coordination.
● Data Visualization & AI Dashboards for real-time operational insights.
● Automation Frameworks powered by AI for repetitive tasks and root cause analysis.
● Strong development and trouble-shooting experience with Oracle, SQL Server or any other RDBMS.
● Expertise on incident, problem, change and release management following ITIL processes.
● Experienced on IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy or Service Manager.
● Proven background collaborating with DevOps and Scrum methodologies.
● or 2 years of previous experience supporting and administrating Oracle databases, terminal-served applications (Citrix) and JVM hosted apps (Jboss).
● Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to multiple systems and support multiple business groups.
● Fluent English to constantly communicate with people from different countries across the globe. - UG - B.Tech /B.E. or other equivalent technical qualifications.
● Familiarity with life sciences (Pharma) domain concepts, workflow and terminology.
● Understanding of FDA regulations like GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
● Mind-set to support business critical applications.
● MBA or Master 's Degree is a plus.
● Manufacturing execution systems, Oracle Administration or Windows Server Administrator certificate is a plus.
