Responsibilities

  • ● Manage end-to-end digital projects to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of each stage.
  • ● Conduct demand research, product design, and change management to drive the effective implementation of digital products and achieve set goals.
  • ● Perform data analysis related to content operations and build and operate AI analysis agents to provide optimization suggestions based on data and improve the effectiveness of digital content operations.
  • ● Participate in the planning and production of management report materials, systematically sort out project progress and data performance to support management decision-making.

Requirements

  • ● Have more than 5 years of experience in project management and product implementation related to digital product development.
  • ● Have a background in management consulting or digital consulting.
  • ● Have experience in digital projects, content construction, or operations in the pharmaceutical industry, which is preferred.
  • ● Be familiar with the methodology of pharmaceutical marketing from market strategy to implementation.
  • ● Be familiar with advanced digital content management tools and platforms such as AIGC, DAM, and CMS.
  • ● Have excellent language expression and scheme presentation abilities, and be able to clarify thoughts and communicate efficiently in complex scenarios.
  • ● Hold PMP, SCRUM, or AGILE certificates, which is preferred.
  • ● Have a bachelor's degree or above from a top 100 university in the world, with good professional quality and learning ability.
  • ● Be able to work in a full English environment and have fluent English speaking and writing abilities.

Nice to Have

  • ● Have experience in digital projects, content construction, or operations in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • ● Hold PMP, SCRUM, or AGILE certificates.
