Typical Accountabilities 主要职责 Project Management 项目管理 Enable the streams deliverables to plan, incl., facility/process design, supplier selection, FAT, SAT, qualification, handover, etc. 确保相关业务模块成果按计划交付 包括厂房/工艺设计 供应商选择 FAT SAT 确认 移交等 Work with all stakeholders to achieve the defined project targets. 紧密与所有利益相关者合作 设计和交付项目目标 Support stream leaders to ensure the project management under AZ PMF framework, incl., reporting, escalating, communication, change management, etc. 支持相关业务模块负责人确保AZ PMF 框架下的项目管理 包括报告 升级 沟通 变更管理等 Conduct communications across client teams to share the progress of the project execution. 与用户团队进行沟通 分享项目实施的进展情况 Utility system Operation &Maintenance 公用介质系统运行和维修 Assist manager in developing management policies and rules for the utility team 协助制定公用介质部门管理策略及规则 Responsible for the training of related engineers in the department 负责本部门相关工程师的培训工作 Responsible and manage for utility system PM 负责和管理公用工程系统设备的预防性维修维护 Predict potential breakdown and recover operation quickly and actively. 预测潜在故障 高标准快速的恢复设备运行 并积极参与应急维修 Develop and maintain work standard specification and process procedure 制定和维护技术标准和操作程序 Perform facility program regarding repair and improvement on the existing mechanical facilities 执行现有设施相关更新及改造的计划 Spare parts management and consumed record. 维修备件管理和领用记录 Management of outsource provider team of utility team 对公用介质团队的服务商进行管理 Manage and control all System operation parameter to ensure utility equipment run smoothly and efficiently
