Responsibilities

  • ● passion for delivering nutritious and high-quality meals, and a solid understanding of food safety, HACCP, and WHS standards. You will bring excellent communication and organisational skills, alongside a compassionate, resident-focused approach that aligns with Anglicare's values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion, and Excellence.
  • ● What's required:
  • ● Commercial Cookery Certificate (or equivalent).
  • ● Minimum 4 years' experience in the food industry, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
  • ● Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and workplace health and safety practices.
  • ● Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • ● Passionate about creating high-quality meals and enhancing the dining experience for older Australians
