• ● With empathy and resilience, you will:
• ● Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans
• ● Develop and evaluate care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
• ● Build trusting, genuine relationships with residents and their families while providing emotional support
• ● Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
• ● Lead and mentor care team members to promote best practices in aged care and ensure a safe, clean environment for all
• ● You're an empathetic, respectful and resilient person who genuinely seeks to promote the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of older people. You share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, and embed them in everything you do.
• ● What's required:
• ● Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• ● A Bachelor of Nursing
• ● Required NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID
• ● Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs
• ● What's preferred:
• ● years experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
• ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ● Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently
