Your opportunity As a valued Lifestyle Carer at Anglicare Sydney, you will design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of purpose to our residents. With kindness and understanding, you will: Facilitate group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities Support residents to maintain independence and dignity through meaningful engagement Learn residents' life stories, interests and goals to inform personalised activities. Work with residents, families and care teams to support holistic care plans. Communicate activity calendars and evaluate programs to improve resident outcomes.
