  • ● As a Registered Nurse , you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care that supports residents living with dignity, choice and independence. Working within our Seniors Communities, you will provide compassionate nursing care, undertake clinical assessments, contribute to care planning and collaborate closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes.
  • ● This role includes conducting wellness assessments, wound care management, catheter care, monitoring high-risk residents, coordinating follow-up care and working collaboratively with families, Clinical Leads and allied health professionals to support positive resident outcomes that enhances their wellbeing and quality of life though inclusive care.
  • ● With compassion, professionalism and clinical expertise, you will: Resident Care & Wellbeing
  • ● Deliver routine and complex nursing care, including wound management, injections, infection control and medication-related support
  • ● Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents' health and wellbeing
  • ● Evaluate resident progress and adjust care interventions as required
  • ● Respond appropriately to clinical incidents, illnesses, falls and changes in condition
  • ● Escalate concerns and liaise with doctors, specialists and healthcare providers when required Communication & Collaboration
  • ● Build trusted relationships with residents, families and representatives
  • ● Share clinical knowledge and support colleagues to achieve positive resident outcomes
  • ● Work collaboratively with care teams, allied health professionals and operational leaders
