Senior Project Manager, India Lead - Airport Solutions

About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Lead large-scale airport technology, transformation, and delivery programs from initiation to closure.
• ● Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• ● Manage, Mentor and guide project team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• ● Partner with customer stakeholders, including senior leadership and CxO-level executives.
• ● Drive program planning, governance, reporting, and execution activities.
• ● Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• ● Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, invoicing, and change management.
• ● Lead customer reviews, steering committee meetings, and program status discussions.
• ● Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• ● Establish project milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• ● Support knowledge transfer and operational transition activities at project completion.
• ● Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and governance processes.
• ● What Your Day Might Look Like
• ● Reviewing project progress and delivery milestones.
• ● Engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to discuss project status and priorities.
• ● Managing and Mentoring your India based Project Managers
• ● Facilitating risk and issue review sessions to keep projects on track.
• ● Working with delivery, product, engineering, and operational teams to remove roadblocks.
• ● Presenting updates to customer leadership and steering committees.
• ● Managing budgets, forecasts, project changes, and governance activities.

Requirements

• ● PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent Project/Program Management certification.
• ● Exposure to passenger processing or airport operations systems.
• ● International project delivery experience.
