Operating with autonomy, you will shape the team's roadmap to deliver reliable, scalable, and impactful products. In this role, you'll:
• ● Lead and develop a diverse team of engineers, setting clear goals and growth plans within an inclusive and supportive environment.
• ● Define and communicate the technical roadmap aligned with the AI Delivery Hub and company objectives, tracking progress and promoting continuous improvement.
• ● Provide technical oversight, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable travel solutions integrated with AI Assistants.
• ● Collaborate across functions, working with Product Management, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Strategy teams to align engineering outcomes with business needs.
• ● Foster open communication, ensuring clarity of purpose and supporting adaptability in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
• ● Engage with technical and business stakeholders, bridging priorities to ensure seamless delivery and shared understanding.

• ● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, connecting technical decisions to business outcomes.
• ● Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions within established policy frameworks and adapt plans to evolving business needs.
