• ● In this position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, clarify business needs, document requirements, and shape solutions ready for production in a dynamic, exploratory environment.
• ● In this role, you'll:
• ● Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, architects, QA teams, and AI-assistant partners to transform product vision into actionable and scalable requirements.
• ● Analyze business and functional needs, and translate them into clear, well-documented user stories and technical recommendations.
• ● Facilitate functional workshops, ensuring understanding across finance, legal, security, and operations teams.
• ● Partner with engineers during the design and build phases, providing guidance and ensuring clarity of functionality and requirements.
• ● Document and communicate progress, sharing updates and validated solutions at key milestones.
• ● Conduct cross-functional analysis across internal systems and external providers to support design and integration.
• ● Contribute to architecture planning, offering functional insights for new product concepts.
• ● Simplify complex technical topics, presenting them accessibly to diverse audiences, including cross-functional teams and AI-partner stakeholders.
• ● Support testing and validation activities, ensuring traceability and system integrity across product experiences.
• ● Mentor colleagues and foster collaboration, helping new members integrate and succeed.
