  • ● Understand the business customization requirement technically .
  • ● Support and co-ordinate digital Mock-up process.
  • ● Oversee and enhance Information Technology (IT) Support, resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • ● Implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, particularly utilizing the ServiceNow Platform.
  • ● Perform Network Administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • ● Actively participate in Product Development lifecycles, from concept to deployment.
  • ● Lead and manage various Project Experience, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
  • ● Participate in DMU Configuration and population .
  • ● Manage Technical Operations, ensuring high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
  • ● Alert activity leader in case of issues in defined tools or process... etc
  • ● Provide expert Technical Support and advanced Troubleshooting for critical incidents.
  • ● Job Qualifications
  • ● Strong skills in Catia, 3Dx and DMU tools
  • ● Knowledge in Engineering BOM & CAD Drawing and release process
  • ● Excellent ability to create clear and concise Documentations.
  • ● Extensive experience in Information Technology (IT) Support.
  • ● Demonstrated experience in Product Development.
