About the Company
Your role At Allens, our business teams are also specialists in their field, using their unique knowledge and expertise to solve critical client and business challenges. You'll be part of our National Events & Networks team, where you'll play a critical role in the delivery of Sydney client events and national programs. This is a senior role with a focus on delivering premium, brand-level programs that support client relationships and Allens' growth strategy. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on event management, making it suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment and is confident leading key initiatives from concept through to delivery. As the Senior Events & Networks Adviser, you will: Support the strategic direction of key client event programs on a national scale. Lead the end-to-end planning , design and delivery of client events and national programs , including setting objectives, measuring return on investment and conducting post-event evaluations. Build and manage stakeholder relationships across the firm to create unique, purposeful opportunities for client engagement. Analyse client data, including use of the CRM system, to develop informed recommendations on how and where to target event campaigns. Drive operational excellence and adopt new technologies to enhance engagement, efficiency and the client experience. Support the delivery of national webinars and other digital clien

- ● Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of an organisation and influence outcomes.
- ● The ability to think critically, solve problems and be comfortable with complexity, ambiguity or uncertainty.
- ● Excellent communication skills; capable of engaging professionally with senior partners, vendors as well as key clients.
