Responsibilities

• ● Extensive experience in legal operations, innovation, digital transformation, legal technology and AI adoption, preferably in a professional services environment.
• ● A strong track record leading strategic programs, projects and change initiatives across complex stakeholder groups.
• ● Commercial acumen and the ability to assess opportunities, measure impact, report on return on investment and translate strategy into practical delivery.
• ● Strong people leadership skills, with experience building, coaching and managing high-performing teams.
• ● Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to act as a trusted advisor and promote new ways of working across the firm and with clients.
• ● A collaborative mindset, curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation, technology and the future of legal service delivery.
