About the Company

Askable is the world's most loved user research platform, loved by companies such as Woolies, Qantas, Canva, BUPA, CommBank, NAB, Telstra, BBC, Mastercard and hundreds more. The company began in 2017 as an idea to build a new way to make quality research accessible to everyone. Askable provides seamless access to high-quality participants and Certified Askable Researchers, enabling teams to scale research on demand, deliver insights faster, and build things that matter. The company has offices in Brisbane, London, and Chicago and is growing to bring Askable's research power to researchers everywhere.

Responsibilities

  • ● Own a revenue target across a patch of key accounts and deliver it
  • ● Grow spend and usage in the accounts you inherit, and expand into new teams, divisions and use cases inside them
  • ● Build and work a pipeline of expansion opportunities, qualify hard, forecast honestly, close
  • ● Upsell and cross-sell across Askable's product line, including AI-enabled research
  • ● Multi-thread across research, product, design and procurement so no deal rests on one champion
  • ● Build the business case that gets research budget approved when budgets are contested
  • ● Deliver compelling demonstrations to new teams inside existing accounts and shape custom solutions for unique needs
  • ● Navigate security review, legal and procurement without losing momentum
  • ● Run regular face-to-face client meetings, often in Sydney and Melbourne
  • ● Build senior relationships that outlast whoever's currently your champion
  • ● Show up at UX conferences and meet-ups and be known in the community
  • ● Monitor account performance and act on usage signals early, not at renewal
  • ● Deliver accurate forecasts and contribute to planning with the Head of Customer Growth
