About the Role

In this role, you will be the key link between Avantor and its Biopharma customers, building and maintaining strong partnerships. You'll work in a skilled, collaborative team and engage closely with colleagues across purchasing, logistics to ensure smooth support for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the customer request and experience from initiation to conclusion.
  • Manage inbound customer communication regarding service status, orders, and issues.
  • Coordinate and expedite customer orders, ensuring timely resolution of challenges and accurate documentation.
  • Oversee the order processing, from initial entry through to final shipping, guaranteeing smooth and efficient processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to uphold operational efficiency, compliance standards, and organizational integrity.

Requirements

  • MBO or Bachelor's degree in Administration or a similar field.
  • Several years of applicable experience in a customer service role.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English, and good level of Dutch is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Exact, Epicor or similar ERP system is a plus.
  • Good business understanding and ability to grasp company processes and routines.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking and problem solving.
  • Motivated to learn, curious, and engaged.
  • Solid collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
