Bag Manufacturing Supervisor II, Cleanroom Operations

Responsibilities

• ● Leads daily cleanroom operations, supervising a team of cleanroom technicians, and ensuring adherence to contamination control protocols, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
• ● Independently resolves complex challenges by applying a broad and deep understanding of cleanroom procedures, making informed judgments based on experience and industry best practices.
• ● Ensures seamless operations by effectively managing resources, guiding team members, and maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• ● Facilitates communication and collaboration with internal teams, such as engineering, quality and maintenance, and external stakeholders, including suppliers or auditors, to provide support, detailed explanations, and foster engagement.
• ● Takes the lead in setting up and starting the production environment.
• ● Installs and optimizes machines hands-on.
• ● Coordinates with suppliers and partners.
• ● Sets up processes, standards, and structure.
• ● Ensures quality and safety.
• ● Prepares for scaling up and team building.

Requirements

• ● Has approximately 10 years of experience in a production/technical role.
• ● Has a very strong technical understanding.
• ● Has experience with start-ups or new installations.
• ● Is entrepreneurial, independent, and hands-on.
• ● Has a strong sense of responsibility.
• ● Is available from July, ideally.
• ● Speaks Dutch and/or English.
