About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
• ● Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• ● Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• ● Lead recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• ● Coordinate trainings, learning, and development initiatives together with Regional L&D.
• ● Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance, and conflict resolution.
• ● Promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
• ● Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies as needed.
• ● Manage HR reporting, audits, and documentation.
• ● Support management with workforce planning, organizational change, and HR strategy.

Requirements

• ● Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist handling broad HR Operational tasks.
• ● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
• ● Strong knowledge of employment law, HR processes, and compliance.
• ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• ● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• ● Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office (experience with payroll systems is an advantage).
