  • ● Independently manage small and medium-sized development projects end-to-end, from initiation through delivery and project acceptance Develop and maintain project timelines, critical path analysis, milestone plans, and dependency mapping across work packages Manage resource allocation by identifying staffing needs and submitting resource requests to line managers Proactively identify, assess, and report project and product risks; develop and implement mitigation strategies Track and report on project KPIs, forecasts, customer-facing risks, and milestone achievements Build and develop cross-functional project teams in coordination with line managers
  • ● The skills needed
  • ● Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, natural sciences, or a related technical field At least 2 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally in the semiconductor, high-tech, or related manufacturing industry Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and critical path management Familiarity with stage-gate processes, quality gates, and structured deliverable acceptance Analytical and structured approach to complex problems; comfortable making decisions with incomplete information under time pressure Excellent communication skills - clear, audience-appropriate messaging for technical and executive stakeholders alike, combined with strong active listening Open, transparent working style with a genuine interest in continuous learning and process improvement
