Responsibilities

  • ● Independently manage development, customer, and industrialization projects.
  • ● Plan, manage, and monitor project objectives, budgets, resources, and schedules.
  • ● Coordinate interdisciplinary teams from development, production, sales, and service.
  • ● Communicate with customers, partners, and suppliers at the national and international levels.
  • ● Conduct risk analyses and implement appropriate countermeasures.
  • ● Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
  • ● Ensure transparent project communication with management and stakeholders.
  • ● Further develop project management processes and standards.

Requirements

  • ● A successfully completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • ● Several years of experience in managing technical or industrial projects.
  • ● Knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering, custom machine building, semiconductor technology, laser technology, or high-tech plant engineering.
  • ● Several years of experience in ramp-up management and in successfully transitioning new products to mass production.
  • ● Experience with traditional and/or agile project management methods.
  • ● A structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style.
  • ● Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • ● Confidence when interacting with executives, as well as experience in stakeholder management within the semiconductor industry.
