• ● Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field At least two years of relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering; experience in special-purpose machine construction is preferred Strong skills in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks or OnShape) and a good understanding of manufacturing methods, materials and tolerances Experience with mechanical / thermal simulations and familiarity with PDM / PLM systems Hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skills Independent, detail-oriented and goal-driven working style Strong communication skills in English (B2+) and German, with the ability to work effectively in international project settings Flexible and resilient, thriving in a dynamic R&D environment
