Responsibilities

  • Build the systems that make safe, global products possible.
  • Craft systems that allow internal teams to ship faster, safer, and smarter.
  • Build foundational services that other teams rely on to launch features across global markets.
  • Design a centralized risk platform that unifies data and decision-making across identity verification, fraud detection, compliance, and more.
  • Enable product teams to launch faster with built-in risk tooling.
  • Give risk teams the systems they need to assess, respond, and protect-without blocking development.
  • Directly reduce fraud, improve trust, and help us scale safely.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in backend programming languages like Java, Python or Go.
  • Passion for building at scale, demonstrated by experience on high-throughput systems and knowledge of what it takes to keep services fast and reliable.
  • Deep interest in system design, thinking in terms of platforms, not just features.
  • A desire to build meaningful infrastructure, caring about enabling others, not just shipping your own code.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in fintech or high-trust domains like risk, identity, or compliance (nice to have).
  • Experience in messaging systems such as Kafka (nice to have).
