- ● The Yiros Shop is a family-owned, Australian-based fast-food restaurant chain that's redefining the experience of eating Greek-inspired street food. Born from a passion for authentic Greek flavours, our menu is built on the very best fresh ingredients, and a dedication to bringing customers the perfect balance of quality, taste, and tradition. Since our humble beginnings, we've grown to 15 restaurants across Queensland and beyond, making the iconic Greek Yiros experience accessible to more people every day. We believe great food is more than just a meal; it's about connection, community, and culture. We're proud to offer not only delicious food but a workplace where every team member is valued and every customer feels at home. Availability Type: Full time open availability. 5 positions vacant What You'll Be Doing Preparing and serving our famous Greek street food with speed and a smile Delivering friendly, fast and efficient customer service Cash handling and register operation Food prep and kitchen operations Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies Keeping the restaurant clean and meeting food safety standards Working as part of a team to hit restaurant goals every shift What We're Looking For A positive attitude and genuine passion for great service Reliable, punctual, and cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment Great communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach Flexible availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends and school holidays Prior experience in fast food or hospitality is desirable but not essential Why Join Us Be part of the launch team, in from day one at a brand new restaurant Flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle and commitments Delicious staff meals, yes really Full training provided, we set you up for success from day one Real career growth across 15 restaurants and counting, from Team Member to Team Leader, Manager and beyond
