Responsibilities
- ● Execute business consulting projects, including research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation, and report preparation.
- ● Author or co author thought leadership articles.
- ● Independently manage mid sized projects or take ownership of one or more modules of major or significant consulting projects.
- ● Lead, coordinate, and organize the work of a team of junior analysts.
- ● Manage client communication for assigned projects.
- ● Support the leadership team on marketing, business development, and proposals.
- ● Positively contribute to the firm's growth and reputation.
- ● Contribute to the firm in non project areas such as knowledge management and people development.
Requirements
- ● MBA in Marketing, Finance, Strategy, or related discipline (preferably from a Tier I/II business school).
- ● Minimum 6 years of experience in market research and consulting projects, including at least 3 years delivering strategic research or consulting projects such as market entry, market opportunity assessment, market expansion strategy, or new product development.
- ● Excellent customer facing capabilities and experience leading projects.
- ● Ability to interact comfortably with C level/senior leadership and client stakeholders.
- ● Team management experience, preferably with 2-3 members.
- ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- ● Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
