  • ● Strong knowledge of travel management software and platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Detailed knowledge of travel policies, visa requirements, and international travel regulations Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving travel-related challenges Familiarity with the Indian travel landscape and local vendor networks Experience with expense management and travel cost optimization Customer service excellence with a commitment to supporting employee needs Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Travel industry certification or training in travel management Preferred: Experience with CRM systems and travel analytics tools
