  • ● Required Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and financial concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in data entry with demonstrated accuracy Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Familiarity with banking software systems and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with banking transaction processing systems Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services industry Familiarity with banking compliance standards and procedures Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
