Responsibilities
- ● lead the design, development, and delivery of Sutherland Enterprise BI Projects
- ● manage a team
- ● define BI strategy
- ● ensure high-quality dashboards and data models to support business decision-making
Requirements
- ● MCA or M.Sc. or equivalent, IT, or related field
- ● 10 to 12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics
- ● strong expertise in Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- ● strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL & Data Modeling
- ● experience with Azure / Microsoft Fabric is preferred
- ● strong understanding of data warehousing concepts
- ● strong understanding of ETL processes
- ● strong understanding of data governance & security
- ● excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ● exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory & Google Looker
- ● knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics
