Responsibilities
- ● Provide expertise in participating in technical discussions, including concept reviews, prioritization, concept selection, etc.
- ● Develop concepts to assembly drawings and detailed drawing specifications, develop Bill of Materials, performing review with peers to lead and finalize the design outputs like specifications, BOMs, etc.
- ● Demonstrate 3D modelling, drafting, drawing creation, assembly drawing, Product configurations, BOM creation, structuring and assembly process definition.
- ● Provide expertise in CREO, including part design, assembly design, BOM creation, assembly drawing, check-in, check-out, design release, etc.
- ● Create and develop technical documentation like test plans, test reports, technical notes, minutes of meetings, etc preparation, review, and release.
- ● Work with others, follow up, and ensure the team's delivery quality and commitment.
- ● Provide good verbal and written communication skills with team collaboration to deliver a successful outcome.
- ● Lead and support life cycle management activities, change management process.
- ● Support manufacturing for work instructions, assembly checklists, etc.
- ● Demonstrate experience in working with global teams and experience of searching and working with vendors to develop components and verify the parts for acceptance.
Requirements
- ● M Tech/BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering in any recognized University.
- ● 8-12 years of experience in system, module, or component design and development activities, including inspection and verification of parts, validation testing, excellence in Quality Management Systems, documentation, writing test plans and reports, and good vendor interactions.
- ● Preferred experience in Optics and development of Optical instruments, including concept and detailed design and validation testing.
