Responsibilities
- ● Take responsibility for executing business consulting projects including tasks like research, data interpretation, analysis, insight generation and report preparation.
- ● Author or co-author thought leadership articles.
- ● Independently manage mid-sized projects or take ownership of one or more modules of major or significant consulting projects.
- ● Lead, coordinate, and organize the work of a team of junior analysts.
- ● Manage client communication for projects assigned.
- ● Support the leadership team on marketing, business development and proposals.
- ● Contribute positively to the firm's growth and reputation.
- ● Contribute to the firm in non-project areas such as knowledge management, people development etc.
Requirements
- ● Have an MBA in Marketing, Finance, Strategy or related fields, preferably from a Tier-I or II B-School.
- ● Have 5 or more years of experience in market research and consulting projects.
- ● Have 2-3 years of experience in delivering strategic research or consulting projects.
- ● Have excellent customer facing capabilities and experience in leading projects.
- ● Have experience with top research and consulting firms.
- ● Be comfortable interacting with C-level or senior leadership or client stakeholders.
- ● Have team management capabilities, preferably with 1-2 members.
- ● Be an experienced user of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- ● Be able to demonstrate the ability to understand client requirements and deliver the best possible solutions that fulfill clients' objectives.
