About the Role

We have exciting new opportunities for Carpenters to join our Team, working a Monday to Friday roster at Gove in the Northern Territory. If you're the go-to person, the one who answers the questions, with the know-how to keep facilities running like clockwork, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • ● Perform door replacements.
  • ● Replace and install locksets.
  • ● Perform wall lining replacement and repairs.
  • ● Perform flooring and metal roofing replacement and repairs, including flashings and cappings.
  • ● Perform plasterboard ceiling replacements, including flushing.
  • ● Perform carpentry replacements for cupboards and drawers.
  • ● Construct framing and partitions.

Requirements

  • ● Possess a Trade Certificate in Carpentry.
  • ● Hold a C Class Drivers License.
  • ● Demonstrate a commitment to safety in the workplace.
  • ● Be physically fit and able to work in diverse weather conditions.
  • ● Have carpentry experience at a remote site camp, village, or in property maintenance.
  • ● Possess proven ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • ● Exhibit excellent attention to detail and be able to provide professional customer service ensuring exceptional presentation to client/customer satisfaction.
  • ● Possess proven time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
