About the Role
We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments; there's never a dull moment at Sodexo. You take pride in delivering work to the highest standard, with excellent time management and teamwork skills and have the ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. This role would suit someone from a site admin, mobilisation or recruitment background.
Responsibilities
- ● Effectively source labour from our Sodexo contingency and agency relief pools to meet staffing demands across our Australia sites
- ● Schedule and manage our Time & Attendance payroll system for our frontline employees
Requirements
- ● An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel & Outlook
- ● Understanding of rostering principals
- ● Relevant experience in same or similar industry, FIFO experience preferred
- ● Excellent planning & people coordination skills
- ● Strong communicator who contributes to good working relationships
- ● Organised with effective time management skills
- ● Experience in a Payroll or Employment Relations role is desirable
