Responsibilities
- ● Manage the gatehouse at our Mars site in Bathurst
- ● Interact and have face to face dealings with contractors, truck drivers and couriers
- ● Ensure compliance to site entry requirements
- ● Work a 6-week roster over the 12-month coverage
- ● Cover additional hours over Christmas and Easter
- ● Confidence building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- ● Ensure premises are always secured and safe for staff and visitors
- ● Receipt of deliveries, data entry
- ● Ensure compliance is always adhered to
- ● Provide guidance, observe, report, and respond to any incidents
Requirements
- ● Relevant valid security licence for New South Wales
- ● Previous experience managing security duties at a gate house
- ● Experience with maintaining and populating spreadsheets, data entry and an understanding of security and CCTV systems
- ● Excellent organisational skills
- ● Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- ● High attention to detail
- ● Extensive customer service experience
